Pocket7s offers free local delivery for BioSure OSB product. Orders can either deliver to the consignee address or all SF station / EF locker in Hong Kong. In general all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or public holidays.

If Pocket7s determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product within the valid warranty.
